Wow! Delicious amazing burgers! Great service...wonderful beer selection...sports on the TV...very comfortable, clean and nice family vibe! Highly recommend

Great choice of burgers, garlic fries and a drink. I eat a lot of burgers so I'm kinda judgmental ( one taste like the other) right? Flipdaddy's wasn't a regular burger, it was THE burger. I had pepper jack cheese onions and pickles..basic. The burger was cooked perfectly, the bun was soft and my toppings were plentiful. One great meal! Great greet at the door, prompt service at the table and the food was delivered just as we ordered it. Server bussed our tables regularly and she was very knowledgeable of the menu. Very good service. The eatery has a little sports bar feel, lots of televisions. The crowd was laid back and very friendly. Definitely gonna stop at Flipdaddy's when I'm back in the area.

You need to eat here. I was passing through the area and saw them off the building. Turning around to stop in was a good choice. I asked my server Justin to surprise me with something because everything looked good. He brought out the French Connection. I inhaled that burger. Anywhere else I expect that burger would have been $18+. I got the bill...$12 (I only had a water to drink) To me the price was extremely fair for such a good burger. Service was amazing. Also, I'm not the "leave a review" type but this experience was so good I had to show these folks some support.

Great vibe for a burger and bar place. Clean and modern. Service was good and friendly. Decent size menu with lots of options beside burgers. Good selection of Indiana craft beers along with national brands. Flavor was really good on the burger and fries I had. My burger was well done which was disappointing. They didn't ask me preference. Prices were pretty standard. I did feel nickel and dimed for $1 for cheese and other toppings from $2-3. Also. For its size was surprised there was only 1 toilet and 1 urinal in the bathroom.

Food was good lots of choices. Service was friendly and fast. Ambiance was good burger,beer vibe. With lots of TV's if you like that or not.

We give this between 3-4 stars. The food was good and had lots of burger selections. I got the BLTA and would have enjoyed it more if my avocados were ripe. The service was great and the atmosphere was good. There are TVs lining all the walls so if you have a kid that can't eat in front of a tv, might take that into consideration.

Flipdaddy's is a locally owned place that we tried for the first time on an evening after a tee ball game near Corydon. We arrived an hour before closing and normally I would never go in that close to closing time. We were sat right away and the place still had quite a few folks there. The decor was really cool as they had beer taps on the wall as you entered and bourbon bottles as chandeliers. Neat touch! Our server Danielle was incredibly friendly and even though she was busy, she took great care of us. Drinks never became empty and she gave us plenty of advice on the menu. We ordered the pickles as appetizer. They were excellent and I like that they did spears and coins for the pickles. We placed our order and I decided to walk on the wild side and have the PB&J burger. I've been wanting to try a burger like this for years and (upon recommendation from Danielle), I ordered it. THE best burger I've had in years!! Everyone enjoyed their food as we all got something different. They have a ton of variety in their selection of burgers but they also have other dishes and sandwiches if you're not in the burger mood. We never felt rushed while eating our dinner and the food came out perfect according to how we ordered it. Side note: they advertise the burgers being cooked medium well but you can request well done. We will be stopping at this location every time we're in the area as we love supporting local businesses that do a great job. And quality is much different than the other big chain places on that street. Thanks so much and looking forward to visiting again!

When you've been to some of the hell-holes I've been to you, you actually become more discerning, not less. I've been in situations where I thought I'd tasted my last drop of RC. Next day, crawled out, made some calls, ended up at the embassy that night with nothing but the clothes on my back. But I had my life; had my case. A nice layout, lots of booths. Great burgers. Trust me on my experience when I say this is a clean, tasty alternative to the old Big Boy (Smud-Burger). Corydon used to be Indiana's State Capital before The Great Fire. EDIT: I was thinking this was the Corydon one as I finished the review, but all of it is right.

We walked in to Flipdaddy's at about 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and were seated right away. The waitress seated us and also took our drink order right away. They have Coke products, yes! I ordered the Philly Cheese Burger and my son and husband both ordered the Mac Daddy with a substitute of a regular bun in place of a pretzel bun. I had time to visit the restroom, came back and from the time we ordered to the time it was brought out to us was less than 10 minutes! It wasn't super crowded but I was surprised and happy with how fast it was. Burgers looked homemade and definitely not frozen patties. They were generous with the well seasoned fries on all of our plates. Taste was great. I sampled my husband's Mac and cheese with bacon topped burger and it was delicious. I expected loose and creamy Mac and cheese on top of burger but it's cooked along with it on grill. Mine had a generous amount of red and yellow bell peppers, sautéed onions and mushrooms. I loved it. A little greasy, but that fat gives it flavor. Cooked perfectly, so juicy! We'll definitely be back to try another different burger the next time we're traveling this way. I think I'll try the PB&J burger next time because a server there said he offers to buy his customer another burger if they don't like it and he's never had to buy one yet. The waitress was great, friendly and checked on us several times. We didn't have to wait at all for the check after she asked if we'd like dessert. We were too short on time for dessert but will look next time we're there. Pay conveniently and quickly at the table with her. The place seemed very family friendly and the restrooms were clean and 2 or 3 stalls. My son said the men's room was pretty cool with a beer keg as the urinal.
